Fitting Instructions
1. This product should be anchored to the ground using three M12 through bolts, a minimum of 100mm in length (Not provided).
2. Once a suitable location has been identified, mark the position of the three fixing points using the footplate of the product as a guide.
3. Create three holes in accordance to the specification provided by the through bolt manufacturer.
4. Clean all three holes by brushing, blowing or vacuuming to remove all dust and debris.
5. Insert the ‘Through bolts’ through the footplate and into the drilled holes.
6. Tighten each through bolt in accordance to through bolt manufacturers instructions.
Recommended
It is recommended for this product to be bolted into a flush concrete surface. This post will not be effective if installed on loose, unstable ground or block paving. This post should be located so it folds away from the vehicle being protected. This post is not designed to be relocated once installed. Choose location carefully before starting installation, consider concealed pipes or cables.
