MP191 Jockey Wheel Clamp Fixing Kit 50&60mm Drawbars

• Easy-fit jockey wheel fixing kit allows jockey wheel clamps to be fitted without drilling the drawbar
• Allows clamps to be fitted to 50x50mm and 60x60mm square section drawbars without drilling

Instructions

Decide where on the drawbar the clamp is to be mounted. Ensure it will be located so that the jockey wheel and its handle can function without fouling on any part of the trailer or caravan.

1. If fitting to a 50mm drawbar, place 1 spacer on each u-bolt to give it a better fit
2. Pass the u-bolts around the drawbar and through the plate, If spacers have been used ensure the u-bolts are fitted with the spacers on the same side of the drawbar (top or bottom).
3. The clamp mounting plate can now be fitted to the u-bolts. Using 1 x M10 washer and nut per thread, hand tighten the set of locking nuts located in the round holes of the mounted plate.
4. Fit the clamp to the other set of threads (in the elongated holes) in the same way.
5. All locking nuts can now be fully tightened using a 17mm spanner or socket. It is important to tighten the locking nuts evenly so the clamp is flat against the mounting plate and the mounting plate is flat against the drawbar.
6. The jockey wheel can now be fitted to the clamp.

Important: Ensure all locking nuts are fully tightened and that the jockey wheel is secured correctly before every journey.
