Note: 2 carriers are required for wheels 13″ and above

Instructions

The universal spare trailer wheel carrier is intended for use on all trailers fitted with 50-60mm drawbars.

1. Fit the M10 x 85mm bolt to the drawbar fixing plate using the M10 standard nut and 1 x M10 washer. Ensure that the head of the bolt sits in the channel of the drawbar fixing plate
2. Place the u-bolt over the drawbar and fit the drawbar fixing plate to it using 2 x M10 locking nuts and washers. Ensure the nuts are equally wound into the thread to prevent imbalance. It is advisable to position the u-bolt as close to the trailer body as possible so that the spare wheel does not foul the coupling or come into contact with the ground
3. Secure the spare wheel in place using the spare wheel locking bar and the remaining M10 locking nut and washer
4. Check that all nuts are fully tightened and that they spare wheel is secure
