Returns Policy for Trade Customers Only
Please advised that from the 1st February 2017 returns that are not accompanied by a completed “Returns for Inspection Form” will no longer be accepted.
The latest “Returns for Inspection Form” can be emailed to you by our sales team or downloaded using the link below. Please ensure that this form is completed in full or all future returns.

Returns for Inspection Form

Analysis of customer returns is a critical part of our continuous improvement programme and the details you provide on the forms will help us identify potential product issues quicker. Please complete the “Return for Inspection Form” as accurately as possible which will help us to improve our service and process your customer return quickly and more efficiently. Please also be aware of our “Customer Returns Agreement” and its terms and conditions, by filling in a “Returns for Inspection Form” you are automatically agreeing to these terms.

Customer Return Agreement
A handling charge may be made for the cost of transport and inspection, if goods are found not to be faulty or to have been misused by the customer.
Goods requiring re-packing will be subject to a 20% charge.
If you wish to return an item for repair that is not under warranty, there will be a £25 charge for the collection and inspection and a further quote will then be provided for the cost of repair. For charger returns please ensure you follow the steps.
